Natural Conjac Sponge, by Hydrophil

Hydrophil's Conjac sponge is 100% plant-based and made from the Conjac plant, and therefore totally plastic-free. Its root is ground to flour, which is then mixed with water and baked in the oven until it becomes a sponge.

It moisturizes and through its alkaline property can help to fight acne. It is also suitable for washing infants and small children due to its soft, gentle and natural surface.

In Japan, the Conjac sponge has been used for facial cleansing for more than 1500 years. In Korea, it is used for baby care.

About Hydrophil:

We are Christoph, Sebastian and Wanja, three friends from the Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the founders of Hydrophil, your brand for sustainable hygiene products. The word Hydrophil stems from Greek and means water-loving. We live up to our name, because that’s what we are – in love with water!
