Reusable Period Pads, by Wear Em Out
Transition to plastic-free, chemical-free reusable period pads. These pads are produced in the UK and made of breathable fabrics with double-binding edges. These edges block leaks, while the breathable fabrics allow moisture to evaporate. The less moisture, the less bacteria. And as it’s bacteria that causes odour, there’s no need for perfumes or harmful chemicals.
The Lighter Trial Pack of 3 reusable period pads is a great way to get a feel for size and absorbency, a perfect opportunity to try what size works best for you without going all-in.
1 x Mini Flo 1 x Medium Flo and 1 x Mega Flo
This pack has been put together for people with lighter/normal bleeds, for heavier bleeds, we’d recommend our Heavier Trial Pack.

Taking care of your pads is easy, when you look after them, and have a good enough stock, they’ll last up to four years. Let’s tackle our throwaway culture. Buy once, buy right, wear ’em out.
Throw them in with the rest of your wash and normal detergent – up to 40oC, or hand wash them as you go (some ladies wash theirs in the shower with them).
Don’t use fabric softener, as this will affect the absorbent technology.
Hang them up to air-dry, don’t apply any direct heat, this may cause shrinkage.
Packaging: Cardboard band - recyclable, biodegradable and compostable.
About Wear Em Out
Did you know that a single disposable pad or tampon takes longer to degrade than the lifespan of the person who wore it, in fact, it can take up to 800 years! Or that 4.3 billion disposable menstrual products are used in the UK every year equating to 200,000 tonnes of menstrual waste hitting UK landfill per year? Unlikely to come up in a pub quiz, we know, but still important. The good news is, making the switch to more eco-friendly periods is easy.
